Inspired by Holos founder Niamh’s years in the therapy room, this cream was created as a calming ritualistic night time cream that you leave beside your bed to apply last thing at night to calm the mind and hydrate the skin. The strong sedative aromas of Lavender, Chamomile and Rose are traditionally used in Aromatherapy to aid sleep.

Use as:

Night time Moisturizer

Use on clean skin after cleansing and toning or after treatment with facial oil or serum. Pat or massage in, allow to soak in. Avoid eyes.
